Terms and Conditions

By booking a session with Lotta Milde, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session date and time.

The remaining balance is due before the final gallery is delivered.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. We'll do our best to find a new date within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellations made less than 48 before the session will forfeit the deposit.

In case of bad weather, we will reschedule at no extra charge.

3. Session Details

Please arrive on time. Sessions starting late due to client delay may be shortened to stay on schedule for other clients.

The photographer is not responsible for the behavior or mood of children/pets during the session, but we'll do our best to capture natural, candid moments.

4. Image Delivery

Edited digital images will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session via an online gallery (Pic-Time).

The client needs to download the images upon receiving the gallery. The gallery will only be available for three months.

5. Usage Rights

Clients receive a personal-use license to print, share, and post the delivered images.

The photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, marketing, website, or social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

Images may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, cash or check

Prices are subject to change, but any agreed-upon rate for a booked session will be honored.

7. Liability

The photographer will take all reasonable care during the session but is not liable for injury, loss, or damage occurring during the shoot.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or an emergency preventing image delivery, liability is limited to a full refund of session fees paid.

8. Model Release

By booking, you consent to being photographed and grant the permission to use resulting images as described in Section 5, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes to These Terms

The photographer may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available upon request.
